Cannot Login to Windows 2000 Server

"the clock isn't the same on the client and on the server"
Kindly provide some suggestion.
 
Users have some problems to connect on the network. In fact, sometimes when
they enter their login, their password, and click to OK to connect on their
account, this message appears: "the clock isn't the same on the client and on
the server...". Then, they can't connect on the network. They must restart
their computer until they are able to connect on the network.
 
Is the time/date correct on the client?
