cannot log on to windows.

I tried to disable the logon. However, now it won't even
allow me to logon to the administrator. Is there any way
to get in and undo? HELP.

Boot into Safe Mode, and do a System Restore.

Safe Mode: while the computer is booting, repeatedly press F8, until you get
a menu. Choose Safe Mode.

System Restore:
Start
Programs
Accessories
System Tools
System Restore

System Restore:

Note that if you boot Safe Mode and take the logon as Administrator,
which will then appear on Welcome. you should get an immediate offer to
run System Restore without logging in further (which might go into a
troubled area).

If you cannot get that far, take instead 'Safe Mode with Command
Prompt' from the menu, and at that type in the command
%SystemRoot%\System32\Restore\rstrui.exe
