Cannot log on/"Account restriction"

Hello, all! When I boot up Windows XP, I get a message stating that "I
cannot log onto Windows due to an account restriction". What the hell? I
don't WANT an account! I am the only user, and I JUST want to use Windows!!

Windows started this on its own one day, and I don't know why. This is
frustrating. How can I avoid this?

If it's XP Home you are using have a look at the following ->

If you are using XP then you have at least TWO accounts existing by default!
