Cannot Log Into Windows XP

Every time I try to log in through Windows XP it automatically "saves
settings" and log me off. This happens in Safe Mode as well.
 
Hi

From the same screen as Safe Mode, try 'Last Known Good Configuration' to
see if you can access Windows.
