cannot locate missing or deleted junk email folder

i cannot locate the junk email folder from outlook 2003 on an XP laptop. Have
even removed users profile and also removed and reinstalled outlook on it's
own, then removed and reinstalled outlook complete all without succes of
locating the folder.
No junk mail is being viewed but it appears to be going somewhere but cannot
locate the folder, would like to have the folder re-appear.
 
try starting outlook with the resetfolders switch.
