cannot load win2000

Hi, there...

when i restart the win2000 server, it couldn't load up.
What i can do now. I tried to go to save mode as well
but the error to be occurred like as follows:

0000412 and 0000401, then it hangs up. Can anyone tell
to how to solve this problem. Please kindly advise me.

- How far does the boot process go?
- What exactly are the error messages that contain "0000412"?
- What do you mean by "hangs up"?
