cannot install photo explosion

I cannot install photo explosion .I have turned off anti virus an
firewall.The errow massage is ,runtime errow-
program.c\windows\system32\msiexec.exe.( r6034).An errow has made an attempt
to load the c runtime library incorrectly.Please contact the application's
support team for more information.Their support team does not work on
weekends.Can any one solve this problem for me?Thanks in advance.

The shortcut to the app setup file can be rightclicked to set the operating
system that it is installing as. Perhaps your app is made to run under Win 98
or whatever. Icon Properties/Compatibility tab.
