Cannot install IE6

It appears I have a script error in IE6. When in Outlook
Express 6 I cannot print email. I get an error message
about an error on line 1344 res://C:\WINDOWS\System32
\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

I have tried to download IE6 and install and it tells me
it is not logo tested. I am downloading from the MS Site?

Can I not reinstall IE6 (which I think Outlook Express is
a part of) and install it?

Any help would be appreciated.
