IE6 - Printing Frames - Script Error. Cause is <FRAME SCROLLING=NO>

IE6 was throwing a scripting error when trying to print a
frame on a WEB application within our company. The error
was:

Char: 1
Error: Invalid procedure call or argument
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Is there a problem with the HTML code
<FRAME SCROLLING=NO> and IE6?

This worked fine with previous version of IE and once I
removed this code - frames would print once again.
