Cannot Insert A File

When I try to insert a file, Outlook hangs and after a while XP
reports that the program is not responding.
 
I would suggest a repair install as well look for updates
on this product.

All files or just certain files? Are you using a mapped network drive?

I have the same problem. I'm running Outlook 2003 in Windows XP Pro SP2. I
also have a wireless network. All 3 of my computers are mapped as network
drives. When I chip on the paperclip icon to insert file, then try to open
files in the dropdown, the program hangs. Any suggestions out there?
