Cannot Initialize SSPI Package

I have all of the sudden started getting an;
Connection Failed:
SQLState:S1000
SQL Server Error:127
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Cannot Initialize SSPI
Package, Message when trying to open tables on a SQL 7.0
server from Access2002. If I link tables and create a new
ODBC DSN I can Link tables and access the tables that were
already linked, but once I close Access I get the error
agian.
