Error Message: Connection failed: SQLState:'S1000'

Here is the full error message:

Connection Failed:
SQLState: 'S1000'
SQL Server Error: 0
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Cannot generate SSPI context

This message is seen on all access databases when trying to retrieve data
from a SQL table. Once the computer is restarted or you wait some period of
time (could be minutes or could be hours) the connection to the tables would
come back. Does anyone know what could be the problem with the network or
server because our network guy is not sure what is going on?
