Hi, all,
I have a problem with Outlook 2003.
Recently, I formatted my harddisk and reinstalled Windows XP. Then, I had
Office 2003 installed without installing any other softwares.
But when I opened Outlook, meant to import my old messages into it, I found
that the menu item "Import and Export" was unavailable (greyed out).
I have uninstalled, reinstalled Office, but nothing better happened.
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

Did you install the Importers and Exporters?
Use the Office Maintenance Wizard in Control Panel to do so.

And, do you have your mail account setup in Outlook?

The most important thing to remember is DON'T IMPORT YOUR OLD ITEMS! Just
use File>Open>Outlook Data File, browse to your PST, select it, and click
OK. You'll have all yout items back instantly.
