Cannot import a program into the "Open with" window.

Hi all!
If a click on an "INDD" file (Adobe Indesign CS2), Photoshop opens.
I've tried to use the "open with" command in Win XP, but for some reason,
Indesign doesn't import "InDesign.exe" into the list.
I also tried by right clicking on the file, "properties", "change" to no
avail.
Any ideas, please?
Thanks,
Marcel

Select Open with option "Browse" - locate and select "InDesign.exe".
Another option: File association.

Thanks AJr.
The previous post by Ramesh gave me the way of doing it, and it works.

That has been tried already. Per the original post:

" but for some reason, Indesign doesn't import "InDesign.exe" into the
list."
