Cannot get windows to start up

When i turn on my computer it goes to a blue screen with
a windows XP logo on it and then wont do anything.
Please someone Help me!!!!

Hi,

Try to boot into safe mode and see whether you are able to boot up. then you
will have to use trial and error method to identify the culprit that prevents
XP from loading up.
