cannot get return address to print on #10 envelope? why??

[Snooze]

I keep entering a return address and when i do a preview of the print job it
shows a page break so it is not referencing an envelope.
Please advise.

Hi Snooze. What are you selecting for the envelope?

In Word 2003, when I click on File>Page setup>Paper tab>and under Paper size
select the Comm.Env. #10 in the list When I select the #10 envelope in the
Page Layout>Click OK and then do a Print Preview, I see the envelope. I can
change the orientation to Landscape. In Word 2007, I can click the Page
Layout tab, then click the Size in the Page setup section, and then scroll
down to the Comm.Env. #10. When I do a Print Preview I see only the
envelope. I can then change the orientation to Landscape. Or I can use the
Label/Envelope. All methods do show the envelope with the return address in
the Print Preview.

Do the #10 envelope templates you can download from my web site work
correctly? If so then copy the Envelope styles from the template to your
template - or just use the envelope templates.
