turns off. I have done a network diagnostics and did a system scan, It came
up with failures on the IP address. if this means anything to anyone it has
70.248.27.77
Is there anyone that can help me with this?

Hi,
Another program or BHO, toolbar or add-on may be causing this. If running XP
SP2, try IE> Tools> Manage add-ons. Disable third-party add-ons to see if
one of them is the culprit. You can also get to Manage add-ons via Control
Panel> Internet Options> Programs> Manage add-ons. If not using SP2, try
BHODemon

If not caused by something like a toolbar or BHO, you should conduct a
thorough search for malware.

Some malware must be removed manually. You may have to register and post a

proper forum and an "Important- Read This First" message so that you follow
proper procedure.
