cannot find server

I recently am getting this error when trying to connect with IE6. This happened previously and I tried everything, I finally had to reinstall windows. This time, I ran Spybot, and Ad-Aware and they didn't do anything. I recently uninstalled Kazaa, and the corresponding spyware, Altnet. I used the uninstall prgram within windows. Could this be why I can't get on the internet? Thanks
