"Cannot find server" Popup

When I open the second or third instance of IE 6.0, a window with title
"Cannot find server" and the text "The page cannot be displayed" popped up.
My home page of IE 6.0 is about:blank. It has only <html></html> in it.
Does anyone know how to remove that popup window.

I have the same problem but this appears at any time

whan I am online. I found that all my windows XP based
programs (I use eudora for e-mail) lose connection with
my DSL. However I can go to DOS and ping and tracert
anything without trouble. What is it? Please help
