Cannot find server or DNS Error

I am really frustrated and not sure what to do now. I
have updated my IE and windows XP Pro and I still cannot
access HTTPS sites. I have read all the post and gone
through the settings to make sure all the SSL settings
are checked and still nothing. Is there any thing else I
can do. Netscape has not problems access the HTTPS sites
so I know it is a IE setting somewhere.

System: Version 6.0.2800.1106.xpclnt_qfe.021108-2107
Cipher Strenth: 128-bit
Update VErsions: SP1;Q832894, Q330994; Q837009; Q831167

I have the same problems and the same software. Netscape
works but IE 6 doesn't. Which hotfix messed up the SSL
settings?

Did you have the same problem before you installed XP?
