Cannot find server or DNS Error

All of a sudden get tons of
Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer
where as before could reach the sites...on win xp home. Wondered if just a
setting or what...tried the re-registering dll files...checked internet
settings...no clue as to why...Help!!
