Hello,

I set all the power saving features off as well as set "None" for a
screen saver. My problem is when I log off the PC before I leave in the
evening the screen is sitting at the logon screen ( which you would expect ).
When I come arrive in the AM the flowerbox screen saver is running. I would
expect the screen to be sitting at the logon window.

How is the screen saver kicking in even though I have everything turned
off.

Thanks,
Kurt ...

Kurt,

To turn off the screensaver for the logon desktop, you may alter the
registry or use TweakUI.

Customize the logon screen wallpaper, screensaver and other settings using
Tweak UI:

Ramesh,

Thanks for the suggestion. I just downloaded Tweak UI and will give it
a try. Is this a problem with Windows XP SP2 ? I still don't understand why
the screensaver turns on even though I have it set to None for a screensaver.

Thanks,

Kurt,

The screensaver settings that you chosen under your user profile applies to
your user account only, and not for the logon desktop. Therefore you need to
configure the screensaver options seperately by editing the registry, or
using TweakUI.
