Cannot enter games

I cannot enter into premium games the message i get is
wait for page to complete downloading.

i have cleaned up my cookie and offline files i have
updated both operating sys(ME) and I E

i have tried allowing all cookies(reset when did not work

i do get things like action canceled in some advertisement
bars
also page not found

any ideas would be appreciated
