cannot download zipped folders from the internet

after i install sp2 i cannot download zipped folders. after i download a
zipped folder when i tried to open it there is a error message saying"The
compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted. what can i do to prevent
it.

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 zipfldr.dll
