Cannot download webmail attachments in IE 6.0

Some of our users cannot download MS Word attachments from
their Notes/Domino webmail. They are using IE 6.0 sp1.
When they try to download attachments they get error
message "file cannot be written to cache." Already
disabled file caching. Any help would be great.
