cannot download web page to specified location

when trying to download an article or page from the web,
I recieve a message box with a RED X, stating that I may
not download the specific web Page, or article to a
specified location. This problem does not occur all of
the time, but more than none. What could be the problem?

Hi Shar,

Temporary Internet Files are probably full, delete them from the Control
Panel/Internet Options/General tab.
