Cannot download new update

I have problems downloading updates as it tells me that it cannot be
connected to internet but yet i am and i can connect to site

Can anyboby help with this issue

Something is going on with the servers, but to be sure on your side, check
your Internet Explorer or Outlook Express set to work off-line or on-line?
Please check in the File menu of Internet Exporer or Outlook Express - the
"Work off-line" option should nºt be checked.
Do you have a software or hardware firewall that controls outbound
connections?Let us know howworks ºut. it
