Cannot Display Help

Whenever I try to access the help in VS2003.net, I get the error that,"

"The webpage cannot be displayed

Most likely cause:
Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don't have
installed.

What you can try:
Search online for a program you can use to view this web content.

Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page."

The exact same thing happens when trying to get into the MSDN library
directly.

Any Ideas?

Have you tried doing a repair or uninstall / reinstall of MSDN?

I had a somewhate similar issue about a year or so ago and that did the
trick for me.
To be honest, I can't remember if I did a repair or just an uninstall and
then reinstall of MSDN (not the whole VS suite - just MSDN).
