I just started getting a warning from Norton AntiVirus that a file named
"rgYrg.dll" the the system32 directory is infected with the Download.Trojan
virus. There's no info on Symantec's site that I could find and NAV can't
delete it or quarantine it. I am trying to simply delete the file and the
error shown in subject appears. Also says disk may be full.. etc. Have tried
deleting in Safe mode, and in a CMD window. Can't delete the bugger! Have
admin rights on my login. It pops up about every minute. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

Tried deleting in safe mode. No good. Will try Symantec's steps to run NAV in
safe mode. It is definately up-to-date. Can't beleive I couldn't find that
info in avcenter but I was looking for postings with the filename I'm dealing
with in the search. I thought it would be a known issue.
thank you

Many trojans drop random named files, so a filename search often is futile.
