Cannot delete filename; cannot find specified file

On my Citrix XPA server running Windows 2000 server SP3,
a "temporary" user profile is created when a user logs
in. It is suppossed to delete when the user logs off.
Most of the time they do but I have several folders that
when I try to delete, I get: Cannot delete <filename>;
Cannot Find Specified file. NETWARE is NOT involved.
How can I remove these folders?
