Hello,

I have a user who cannot delete e-mail. The said the error message states
that the mailbox.pst is too large

Can anyone help

Thanks

Delete is actually a move to Deleted Items folder. Either;
-Clear the Deleted Items folder first
-Use SHIFT+DELETE instead
-Use Compact Now if you haven't already

Hi,

Older .PST files created in Outlook 2002 and before have a size limit of 2GB. Check the file size to see if the file is close to 2GB in size, and if so, please refer to the following KB article for
information on how to truncate part of the .PST file. Please note that there will be some loss in data, so always back up your file before running the crop tool.
