cannot delete a file

Tried to install Rapid-PI. My AV said there were viruses. I uninstalled,
removed from registry, etc.

There are some files in C:\Program Files\Rapid-Pi\Repair. If I try to
delete the directory, my AV kicks in, and says my system is not
infected; but I cannot delete them.

What do you suggest?

If I come across a file that won't delete in Windows Explorer I find that it
can be deleted using Command Prompt.
Type Del /? to find the parameters.
Warning, however, files deleted using Command Prompt DON'T go to the Recycle
Bin, so use Del /P
Mike.
