Cannot permanently delete HELP!!!!!

pI keep getting these pop ups about a registry cleaner because it says I am
infected with a virus. I have protection alredy, And when I get rid of these
so I can work on the computer another one always pops up. And when I try to
delete these permanently it comes right back. What can I do?
Please Help!!!!!!!!!
