Deleting Folder help !

Ok I need help, I have a folder dont know how it got here, but anyways, I
cannot delete it if I open it there are 5 Jpeg files inside,...with porn like
titles, I can not delete them, if you right click the option, does not even
come up, and If I click once and click delete, nothing happends, so I try to
delete the whole folder, and I keep getting this pop up error
First I get a pop up when I try to delete the whole folder, first I confirm
the delete then another popup says
The folder"bad"contains items whose name is too long for the recycle bin, Do
you want to permently delete it, I click yes.....then the next pop up
appears....
Cannot delete bad: access is denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not
currently in use.

I have ran every virus scan, security scan and I cannot figure out how to
delete this file

When I right click , and go to properties, there are only 3 tabs,General
sharing and customize....It doesnt have a security tab...So I cant try what
you asked me to

I re read the instructions...and it said I should reboot in safe mode...so I
tried that rebooted the computer I hit F8 and only option it gave me was to
load Windowsxp home, it didnt let me put the computer in safe mode......what
the heck !
Is this somthing I am going to have to take in to the computer shop to fix?
Help me
