Cannot Delet File

i downloaded a file from the internet and it turns out to be porn. i cant delete it as it says the file is currently in use and i cant put it in quarintine. i think it is a virus and i need some help as a am worried to turn off my pc. please help me

Try using Alt Ctrl Del.... when the table comes up with

what is running select it, end task and then see if you
can delete.

This sometimes happens with downloaded files. Try
renaming the file first then deleting, or else try
booting in to safe mode (press F8 after the beep) and
delete from in there.

cheers,i found it in processes. ended it there and then i could delete it
