my tool bar and start menu will not work reliably.
sometimes it does not work at all and sometimes it works
very slowly. shutting down my computer has turned into a
20 min affair. i tried to open up restore wizard but i
get an error message everytime i try. and i cant seem to
find my quick restore disk. is there anything else i can
try doing, or any suggestions what the problem might be.
im guessing its some virus but when i run my scan and it
quarintines everything their is no improvement. please
help!!!
