Cannot connect to internet

Suddenly on 1 PC I cannot get through the ADSL router to the ISP. Other PC's
are OK and networked drives are all OK from this PC.
Using Win2K SP4 with all static IP's:
TCP/IP is all OK:
ping to router is OK:
ping to ISP is not found:
Route print looks OK (similar to other PC's), but I am not expert:
apr -a looks like other PC's:
Router has no IP filtering, works solidly for other PC's.
AV scan with new dictionary = clean, spybot = clean.
Any help, most grateful

From a command prompt;
ipconfig /all
may reveal something.
