'Cannot complete CD Writing Wizard' - why ?

I can succesfully burn audio CDs via media player, and I can burn any kind of data except the kind I really need to - ie. MIDI files. Every time I try to burn MIDI files to CD I get the 'Cannot complete Writing Wizard' error message. Somebody tell me whats's going on......!!

Did you have any luck sorting this problem regarding writing CDs
I am having the same trouble trying to write photo files to CD and it is driving me crazy as it goes through the process and at the end of it I get the "cannot complete process etc" and no reason why this has happened
Any info shall be greatly appreciated
