Whenever I'm in Internet Explorer, I cannot close the pop-
ups or even the website that I'm surfing by clicking on
the 'X' or even doing a 'File-Close'. I have to do a Ctl-
Alt-Del, and then it always asks me if I want to send the
error to Microsoft. It just started a couple of days
ago. I'm using Windows XP, and I have cable internet
thru Comcast. I ran Norton AntiVirus and I've done the
Windows Updates. Does anyone know why this is happening,
or what I need to do? Thank you.

Yeva,
The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).

I have the same problem as you. Has anyone offered
suggestions yet on how to resolve this issue?
