Cannot change to large font?

It is a very strange problem. I am trying to use Large Font for my computer.

After I set the font to Large Font (in Disply -> Advanced -> General -> DPI
setting), I can see the fonts in dialog box has been changed to large font.

But everything is back to Small Font after I reboot the system (prompted to
reboot by OS to get the Large Font work)! And the Display Properties says it
is using Large Font!!!

I tried to set the font size to a customized size like 150%, but it does not
work either.

Anyone has any clue on this? I really can't recall what I have done to make
this happen.

Monitor: Dell P1110.
Resolution: 1280*1024 (same problem under 1600*1200)
Video card: Radeon 7500
OS: Windows XP SP2

Try Display Propeties > Appearance tab > Font size

Yes, that works. But I am wondering why the Large Font does not work. Keep
annoying me....

Thanks,
