Cannot change e-mail account while replying.

I have XPPro SP2 with office 2003. When erver I like to change e-mail
accounts to reply to an e-mail I get an error. Also, if I click the
send/recieve icon nothing happens, so as of right now, I have to wait for the
default time for Outlook to get e-mails! I already try to repair office...
nothing. I did a complete uninstall, then install...nothing. Any clues?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

When I click on the send /reply botton "Nothing happens" and when I try to
reply by changing the e-mail account (account botton) the error is: "unable
to complete the operation. A fatal error has occurred in Outlook." Not a
critical error I suppose since Outlook keeps working after the error.
