cannot change default home page on IE6

on control panel, internet properties, home page the
button for "use current" is not available, thus I cannot
change the default home page.
How to change this?

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
