Cannot change Cache size for Temp Files

Hi,

I cannot change the Disk Space to Use for Temporary
Internet files.

It is currently zero, and the arrow marker is currently
positioned to the far left. If I move the marker, it
should also change the numerical value in the drop-down
box next to it. This does not happen, it just remains "0".
If I change the numerical value to, say, 50 (mb), then
click OK, error message says "Please select a value
between 1 and 0 for how much disk space temporary Internet
files may use".

Note, that the message shows value 1 followed by 0 in that
order (crazy!).

In addition, there are 100 mb of files in this folder that
I cannot actually visually see (ie, hidden) even though I
have deleted them, but they are still there.

May I please ask what I can do.

You might also try deleting the TIF folder. See:
