Cannot change admin password in Setup of Xp Pro

Hi,
When I enter setup during boot-up, it asks for admin password. I cannot recall what I set initially. Is there anyway I can change my admin passwd so that I can modify my setup. I have tried using my User passwd that has system admin priviliges, but of no use. Any suggestions.....
