WinXP install - admin password

I am trying to repair WinXP Pro by using the original
cd. I am asked for the admin password. I hadn't set up
a password initially, blank didn't work. I went in and
set up a password but then setup tells me that it isn't
correct. I know I've typed in the password I set up but
obviously this isn't the admin password. Is there a
default password? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have a friend that has a utility that will change XP's
administrator password in DOS mode. If youy can get that
far. If your interested e-mail my hotmail address..
 
go to support.microsoft.com/?kbid=322205 and follow the
instructions to the letter and you will not have to enter
password to do repair. esp step #5 just hit "enter" to
procede dont chose at this time.
