Cannot Browse Network

Any ideas anybody why my Windoes Server 2003 is unable to browse the network
through network neighborhood? It cannot find anything yer when I search for
computers on my network I can find them.
 
can you ping from server to other computer by ip? if not, post the result of ipconfig /all. or visit this step by step troubleshooting page, http://www.howtonetworking.com/Troubleshooting/notaccessibale0.htm
