I have set up a windows 2000 network of 2 servers and a
number of XP clients however i am unable to browse the
network. when i try i get an error saying the list of
servers is unavailible

Any ideas!!

Publish all shares in AD and use Directory instead of Microsoft Network to
locate the resources. Is the server multihomed?

I have found this to be true when I use one of the systems as an "incoming"
port. The solution, I found is that you need to turn off the "Computer
Browser Service" on the system that is used as the gateway.
