Cannot Browse Network

H

Harjinder Singh

We currently have a windows 2000 domain setup with about 6 windows 2000
servers and 10 Windows 2000 workstations.

However we cannot browse the network from any of the servers or
workstations. The domain controller can see all the machines but not the
other way around.

All network shares can be accessed through the UNC path, but no browsing
capabilities. I've confirmed that all the IP setttings and network settings
are set properly. We do get the following error when trying to browse a
network from a non domain controller machine:

<domain-name> is not accessible.
The server is not configured for transactions.

Any advice?

Thanks.
