Cannot boot up, keyboard will not work

Great, that works really well, I have a desktop over 2 screens,
I can watch TV and video on one and work on the other.
I also got a massive 500gig harddrive and I have a DVB stick so
I can use my PC as a video recorder.
A 500 gig hard drive TV recorder would cost a fortune to buy
in the shops, if you can find one!!
