Cannot backup - Window XP

I could not back up My Documents.

Error returned while creating the volume shadow
copy:80042301
Aborting Backup.

Appreciate if anyone could advise.

Hi Alex,

Ensure that the COM+ Event System service is not disabled. Go to Start>Run
and key in services.msc then click on OK or hit ENTER. In the Services
dialogue, locate COM+ Event System and double-click on it. If "Startup type"
is Disabled, use the drop-down picklist to select Manual and then ensure
that the "Service status" is Started. Click on Apply then OK.
